Terms and Contract
1) 50% of the amount is to be paid after you have reviewed and approved the design.

3) It takes usually 2-3 weeks to complete the work and host the site live. You will be updated about the status every few days. You can contact us anytime to enquire about the status of the project in the mail address supplied to you at project start.

What is the process to design and develop a website
What is the payment procedure and how should I pay you
We require 50% of the payment after the intial design for the site is reviewed and approved by you. The rest of the payment is to be paid by you after the site is completed, hosted in our test site and reviewed by you. Please note all payments are to be cleared before the site is moved live.

How many design iterations do you provide
The design mockups are created based on your needs and after studying your requirements so the design mockups are self sufficient meeting all your needs and generally dont need any major changes, but to help perfect your design we offer 3 rounds of iterations on the choosen mockup
How do I see the progress, will I be able to suggest changes
As the site is built the intermidiate versions of the site will be hosted in our test server for your review, you can suggest corrections or alterations if required. Please note changes/corrections within scope will be handled else an additional charge will be required. Please note any changes to the design after the design is approved will require extra costs
Are the designs completely custom made or do you use readymade templates
All designs sent to you are custom made and designed from scratch by our designers. Every requirement is unique and so every project needs a fresh design. We take utmost care to ensure that the designs we create are fresh and professional.
Are content provided by you or should I supply them
Sorry, we do not provide content for the sites. The content has to be provided to us pagewise in final form for inclusion into your site. We accept content in doc or pdf formats. The initial content will be fitted and formatted by us. As your site will be based on a cms, most of the site content for the pages, can be changed/updated by you in future.
Are Images provided by you or should I supply them
We provide 3 licensed stock images (1 credit each) for the site design and the cost is included in the package. If you need more stock images or premium stock images additional cost of $2 per 1 credit will be required.
Do you provide domain name and hosting or should I have to purchase one
It is advisable for you to get your own domain name and hosting for use. Getting your own domain name and hosting will provide access to your control panel to manage them and come with a host of features. We suggest HostGator as the preferred hosting provider to our clients based on our good experience, extensive features and easy to use control panel that they provide.
Incase you do not want to have your own hosting we can purchase the domain name and host the site in our servers. Please note you will not have access to a control panel or premium hosting features/freebies. However, the cost ($20/year) will be significantly lower than getting a new hosting
